Ex-Super Eagles Coach Hands Ohi Norway Debut, Striker Will Consider Nigeria If Contacted By NFFFormer Nigeria manager Lars Lagerbäck handed a debut to Ohi Omoijuanfo when he replaced Alexander Søderlund in the 46th minute of Norway's 1-1 draw with Sweden in an international friendly at Ullevaal Stadion (Oslo) on Tuesday.

Before his debut,  Ohi was asked what he would do if he received a phone call from the Nigeria Football Federation about a potential call-up to the Super Eagles.

The striker told Nettavisen : ''Then you must always take their opportunity for consideration. But as I said, I'm here now, and relate to it. I am very proud and happy to be with this national team''.

Ohi Omoijuanfo impressed and had two opportunities to double the advantage for the home team on his debut.

In the 53rd minute, the Stabæk frontman's left-footed shot from the centre of the box was blocked and he came close with a header 13 minutes from time.

Oslo-born Ohi had played for Norway's U16, U17, U18, U19 and U21 teams before his maiden appearance for the senior team on Tuesday.
