Leeds United Urged To Make Move For Arsenal Talent Chuba Akpom
Published: June 21, 2017
EFL Championship outfit Leeds United have been urged to make a move for England U21 international Chuba Akpom.
Hitc.com believes the Elland Road outfit should make the signing of the Arsenal striker on loan a top priority this summer as his blistering pace would offer Leeds a totally different threat in forward areas.
Hale End Academy product Akpom came through the ranks at the Gunners before he was handed his first team debut by Arsene Wenger in September 2013.
With pre-season training on the horizon, the striker has not been guaranteed first-team football by the Frenchman, so another departure from the Emirates on loan makes sense.
Chuba Akpom previously had loan stints at Brentford, Coventry City, Nottingham Forest, Hull City and Brighton & Hove Albion.
