U19 EURO: Fulham Star Of Nigerian Descent Named In England Roster Along With Chelsea, Arsenal Wonderkids

England manager Keith Downing has announced his 18-man roster for the forthcoming European Under-19 Championship in Georgia (2–15 July 2017).
Fulham midfielder of Nigerian descent Tayo Edun is among several promising young talents that made the squad list.
Eleven teams have contributed players to the roster : AFC Bournemouth, West Ham, Chelsea, Leicester, Aston Villa, Arsenal, Ipswich Town, Fulham, Nottingham Forest, Man City and Tottenham Hotspur.
London-born Tayo Edun represented the Young Lions at U17 and U18 level before he was promoted to the U19 squad in 2016.
The 19-year-old appeared five times for the U19s during the qualifiers for the European Championship and contributed to three goals (1 goal, 2 assists).
England will face Bulgaria, Netherlands and Germany in the group stage.
