Exclusive: Alhassan Ibrahim Misses Out On N438 Million Turkey Deal, Kalmar End InterestAllnigeriasoccer.com understands that an unnamed Super Lig club have ended their pursuit of Nigeria national-teamer Alhassan Ibrahim this summer.

The Akwa United sensation had been in talks with a representative of the Turkish club, who pulled the plug on the deal after the striker refused to issue him a mandate.

Alhassan Ibrahim would have pocketed 1.2 million dollars per season at the Super Lig team if the transfer had materialized.

The former Flying Eagles star was also attracting interest from Kalmar, and the Sporting Director of the Swedish club Thomas Andersson Borstam was due to fly to the French capital to watch him in action against Togo but later cancelled the trip because of his daughter's birthday.

The update is Kalmar are no more willing to pursue the services of their former trialist.

Ibrahim, 20, claims he is now represented by United Kingdom based agent John Shittu, who brokered the deal that took Mikel to Chelsea.
