Reading Interested In Signing Super Eagles Star From Fulham
Published: July 18, 2017
Championship outfit Reading are lining up a summer move for Nigeria international Sone Aluko, according to reports in the English press.
HITC has reported that the Royals are hoping to lure Aluko away from their promotion rivals as Jaap Stam looks to bolster his attacking options at the Madejski Stadium.
Aluko assisted Fulham qualify for the promotion playoffs last term, and ended the season by contributing to 20 goals (8 goals, 12 assists) in the league alone.
The former England youth teamer has picked up where he left off last season, after netting two goals for the Cottagers so far in their pre-season matches.
If Aluko's transfer to Reading materializes, he will link up with Tiago Ilori at the club.
