Official : Chelsea Loan Out Seventeenth Player This Summer (Full List)

Chelsea have confirmed that England U19 international Mason Mount will spend the whole of the 2017-2018 season on loan at Dutch Eredivisie side Vitesse Arnhem.
The attacking midfielder extended his contract with the Premier League champions until the summer of 2021 before his trip to the Netherlands.
Mount captained the Chelsea U18 side, which also paraded Nigerian duo Ike Ugbo and Tariq Uwakwe, to FA Youth Cup glory last season, before starring at this summer's European U19 Championship.
The 18-year-old will wear the number 19 jersey at Vitesse.
