Official: Former Arsenal And Liverpool Winger Makes Surprise Move To The Blues

Through official channels, Bostik League Premier club Billericay Town have announced the signing of former England U21 international Jermaine Pennant.
Having been linked with a possible move to Efe Ambrose's Hibernian, the winger ended speculation about his future after penning a two-year contract with The Blues.
Pennant is joining Billericay Town from Bury, for whom he made seven appearances last season after joining the club in the January transfer window.
His other clubs include Arsenal, Liverpool, Watford, Leeds United, Birmingham City, Portsmouth, Real Zaragoza, Stoke City, Wolves, FC Pune City and Wigan Athletic.
Pennant could make his unofficial debut in tomorrow's pre-season friendly against Leyton Orient.
