Chelsea U23s thrashed Fulham 8-0 in a friendly match at Cobham on Friday, ahead of the new Premier League 2 season.
England U19 international Jacob Maddox celebrated penning a new four-deal with Chelsea by finding the net for the Blues.
But it was Scottish striker Harvey St Clair that grabbed the headlines with a hat-trick.
Sterling, Ampadu, Muheim and Christie-Davies also registered their names on the score-sheet in Chelsea's routine win.
The Stamford Bridge outfit start the PL2 season with an intriguing clash against Manchester City at the Etihad Stadium on Friday, August 11.
