Man Utd Ready To Break The Bank To Sign Real Madrid Superstar Linked With Chelsea
Published: August 07, 2017
Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho has confirmed he is interested in signing Real Madrid winger Gareth Bale.
The Portuguese gaffer has admitted that he will make a move for the Wales international if he is not in the plans of Zinedine Zidane for the forthcoming season.
''If Bale plays tomorrow, it's an obvious sign that his plan is to remain at Real Madrid," Mourinho said at his pre-match press conference ahead of the Super Cup clash against Real Madrid.
"If he doesn't play, I will fight with others who want to (sign him).
"If Bale is at the exit door, I would wait for him on the other side."
Real Madrid have set a price close to 100 million euros for Bale amid interest from Chelsea and Manchester United.
