Nigeria Defender Pens One-Year Contract Extension With Chelsea Ahead Of Loan Move

Allnigeriasoccer.com has been informed that Nigeria international Kenneth Omeruo has penned a one-year contract extension with Chelsea ahead of an imminent loan move to the Turkish Super Lig.
Kasımpaşa S.K. are wrapping up the final details of the season-long loan signing of the Chelsea central defender.
Omeruo is now contractually bound to the Premier League champions until June 30, 2020, as his earlier deal was due to run out at the end of the 2018-2019 season.
The 23-year-old previously enjoyed loan spells at ADO Den Haag, Middlesbrough, Kasımpaşa and Alanyaspor.
He penned a contract extension with Chelsea before he was farmed out on loan in 2016.
