Abraham Congratulates First Player Born This Millennium To Represent Chelsea Tammy Abraham has congratulated two very promising Chelsea players after they made their debuts for the Premier League champions in their 5-1 rout of Nottingham Forest in the League Cup on Wednesday night.

Wales youth international of Ghanaian parentage Ethan Ampadu became the first player born this millennium to represent the club when he came off the bench in the 56th minute for his debut.

England U19 international Dujon Sterling made his maiden appearance for Chelsea's first team after entering into the fray in the 76th minute of the contest at Stamford Bridge, ten years after joining the club.

Abraham was also proud of the performance of Jake Clarke-Salter, who was part of the Young Lions squad that won the 2017 Fifa U20 World Cup, hat-trick hero Michy Batshuayi and Belgium youth-teamer Charly Musonda, who netted on his full debut.

Writing on Twitter, Abraham stated : ''Proud of my boys @j_cs97 @DujonSterling1 ❤️🙏🏾 congrats musonda and Ethan !! @mbatshuayi goals for fun ⚽️''.

Tammy Abraham has not done badly since his loan move to Swansea City, scoring two goals from seven appearances in all competitions and winning the club's Player of the Month award for August 2017.
