Rohr Drops Big Hint About Starting XI: How Team A & B Lined Up On Thursday
Published: October 05, 2017The Super Eagles held their penultimate workout at the Godswill Akpabio International Stadium on Thursday evening, ahead of the World Cup qualifier against Zambia on Saturday.
And by the look of things, Gernot Rohr has no plans to change the eleven players that started against Cameroon in Uyo and Yaounde last month.
After the usual warmup and stretching exercises, the German split the players into two groups, Team A and Team B, for a practice game.
Team A consisted of : Ikechukwu Ezenwa, Abdullahi Shehu, Troost-Ekong, Leon Balogun, Elderson Echieijle, Obi Mikel, Eddy Onazi, Wilfred Ndidi, Victor Moses, Moses Simon and Odion Ighalo.
Team B was made up of : Daniel Akpeyi, Ola Aina, Chidozie Awaziem, Uche Agbo, John Ogu, Mikel Agu, Oghenekaro Etebo, Ahmed Musa, Kelechi Iheanacho, Alex Iwobi and Anthony Nwakaeme.
Today's training session was not open to the fans and media and the final workout tomorrow is also behind closed doors.
