Swedish Allsvenskan outfit Kalmar FF have announced the signing of Nigeria international Chima Akas on a three-year deal.
The former Enyimba star was offered a contract by Kalmar after impressing the coaching staff during trials.
''It was my goal since I came here to sign a contract with the club. That's why it's nice that it's finally finished, '' Akas told the club's official website.
''I see myself as a quick left-footed player who plays at the left of the back line. I also have good qualities like ball winning and have a nice foot in fixed situations. ''
The 23-year-old Akas also lists Shooting Stars and Sharks amongst his former clubs.
