Agent Hoping Leicester Will Sell Musa To CSKA For 4.4 Million Pounds
Published: January 19, 2018
Well known Ukrainian agent Sandor Varga has refused to rule out the possibility of CSKA Moscow signing Leicester City striker Ahmed Musa on a permanent basis in the January transfer window.
With the Nigeria international valued in the region of 13.5 million pounds, the Muscovites will have to break their transfer record to sign the attacker, but Varga thinks the Russia Premier League team can get the player for 4.4 million pounds.
''I do not have specific information. But I would not be surprised if Musa again finds himself in CSKA,'' Varga told Sport Express Russia.
''In Leicester he plays a little, sits on the bench. And CSKA Moscow is still the peak of his career. So I believe in such a scenario. And it is possible not only to rent, but also a full-fledged purchase.''
Musa joined Leicester City on a four-year deal in the summer of 2016 for a fee in the region of 20 million euros.
''But if Musa from year to year will sit on a bench, the price for him will fall and fall. So it is better now, perhaps, to sell, otherwise he will leave for free.
''I do not exclude that now Leicester will sell him for a smaller amount. Plus will add bonuses for his goals for the team. They can get him for five million (euros),'' added Varga.
Sandor Varga brokered the deals that took Andrei Kanczelskis to Manchester United and Ołeh Łużny to Arsenal.
