Swansea City 3 Arsenal 1: Iwobi Features As Gunners Are Stunned In South Wales

A Sam Clucas double proved just enough for Carlos Carvalhal's side as Swansea City stunned Arsenal 3-1 at the Liberty Stadium in a Premier League clash on Tuesday evening.
Alex Iwobi started alongside attacking triumvirate of Alexandre Lacazette and Mesut Ozil in the clash.
The Nigerian forced Swansea goalkeeper Lukasz Fabianski into a early save, wriggling free of his marker to strike a venomous near-post effort which the keeper parried for a corner.
Nacho Monreal ghosted in to stab home from an Ozil's cross moments later after the German had parted the opposition defence with a looped pass.
Alfie Mawson slipped in Sam Clucas at the other end to equalise almost immediately as Arsenal went to bed after going ahead.
Peter Cech's ridiculous error after the restart allowed Jordan Ayew to poke home from close range as the hosts took a surprise lead.
Arsenal's jittery was further exposed when a failed acrobatic clearance from Monreal allowed Ayew a chance to race into their area and square for Clucas who made no mistake, notching his second of the night while Arsene Wenger's men were left cursing their luck.
