Manchester United Watch Three Nigerian Whizkids As Chelsea Win Battle Of The Blues FAYC

Chelsea qualified for a record seventh consecutive FA Youth Cup final on Tuesday after beating Birmingham City 7-0 on aggregate with three very promising players of Nigerian descent getting game time.
Nicholas Okoro, son of former Enugu Rangers Ejikeme Fabian Okoro, started for the visitors at Stamford Bridge, while Faustino Anjorin and Tariq Uwakwe were named in Chelsea's starting line-up by manager Jody Morris.
According to Scouts In Attendance, a representative of Manchester United was among the spectators that watched the 28 players that were in action, including the three Nigerians.
Okoro went the distance for Birmingham City, while Anjorin and Uwakwe subbed out in the 59th and 71st minute respectively.
Anjorin hit the woodwork and came close to scoring with a header in the first half before Uwakwe notched up his third goal in as many games in the 63rd minute to make it 4-0.
Okoro has been on the books of Birmingham City for six years, having joined the club from West Brom Academy.
He penned a two-year scholarship deal with the Championship club in 2017.
