Big Chelsea Boost As Promising Center Back Pens New Deal
Published: May 13, 2018England youth international Joshua Grant will not be departing Chelsea in the close season after committing his future to the club, as per reports.
According to our colleagues Carefree Youth, Chelsea defenders Josh Grant and Richard Nartey have both signed new contracts to keep them at the club until the end of the 2018/19 season.
The former Premier League champs officially confirmed last week that Nartey has inked a new deal, and both players have been training with the first team in the last few weeks.
The 19-year-old Josh Grant has been a Chelsea player since U8 level and rose through the ranks before making his debut for the U18 team in March 2014.
The Londoner has won the UEFA Youth League, FA Youth Cup and U18 Premier League titles with Chelsea.
Grant captained Chelsea in this season's UEFA Youth League and was directly involved in 7 goals from 30 appearances for their youth teams.
