Catch up on the Nigerian players that were on target for their respective foreign clubs on Sunday, May 13, 2018.

In Italy, Simeon Tochukwu Nwankwo will be waiting for the coach of the Super Eagles, Gernot Rohr, to announce a 35-man provisional roster after he overtook Christian Obodo as Nigeria's fourth highest scorer in the Serie A.

The Crotone striker tallied his seventh league goal of the season and his tenth since his arrival in Italy as his team were held to a 2-2 draw by Lazio at Stadio Ezio Scida. Simy equalized for Crotone via a bullet header in the 29th minute after the visitors had opened the scoring.

Over to the Russian Premier League, out-of-favour Super Eagles striker Sylvester Igboun scored his seventh of the season after 49 minutes as Ufa registered a 5-0 win against Tosno.

The FC Ebedei product has already ruled himself out of contention to make the Super Eagles provisional roster despite his fine form for the modest Russian club.

In-form Kennedy Igboananike went from hero to villain in the space of 25 minutes as his team Oerebro were beaten 2-1 at home by Hammarby in the Swedish Allsvenskan.

Igboananike blasted home a loose ball in the 13th minute to open the scoring but was sent off in the 38th minute following a duel with Imad Khalili. It was a controversial refereeing decision as replays clearly showed he shouldn't have been dismissed.

Still in Scandinavia, Babajide David helped FK Haugesund claim a 3-2 win against Kristiansund BK by scoring in the 37th minute in a Norwegian Tippeligaen match staged at Haugesund Stadion. He made way for compatriot Ikenna Ikedi in the second minute of injury time.

A division lower, Onyekachi Ugwuadu scored on the stroke of half-time for Sandnes in their 4-0 hammering of
Floroe. The number nine played the full game.

Elsewhere, in the Cypriot First Division, Fidelis Irhene wrote his name on the score-sheet in the fifth minute but it was not enough to claim a win, with AEL Limassol losing 3-2 at AEK Larnaca.

The former Porto midfielder subbed out in the 57th minute, just after the opponents scored their second goal.
