Chelsea Striker Tammy Abraham Linked With Newcastle United
Published: May 16, 2018
Premier League side Newcastle have opened talks with Chelsea over the signing of two of their youngsters, which includes English-born Nigerian striker, Tammy Abraham ahead of the resumption of a new club campaign, a report from Teamtalk has revealed.
Alongside his Blues teammate, Kennedy who spent time with the Magpies during the course of last season, the 20-year old striker is wanted by former Real Madrid manager, Rafa Benitez who is keen on beefing up his attack with the Chelsea duo.
Abraham made 39 appearances in all competitions for relegated Swansea last season, scoring eight times before returning to his parent club.
With just two first-team appearances for Chelsea to his name, the Blues could yet ship Abraham out to another Premier League club for next season as he continues to take in first team experience.
