Official: Ex-Nigeria U20 Invitee Ladapo Joins Fifteenth Club In England
Published: June 10, 2018
Through their official website, EFL League One club Plymouth Argyle have announced the signing of former Nigeria U20 invitee Freddie Ladapo on undisclosed terms.
The 25-year-old previously played for fourteen clubs in England before his move to The Pilgrims.
Colchester United, Thurrock, Chelmsford City, Bishop's Stortford, Woking, Nuneaton Town , Kidderminster Harriers and Hayes & Yeading United are among his former clubs.
The Southend United product has also worn the jerseys of Grays Athletic, Margate, Crystal Palace, Oldham Athletic and Shrewsbury Town.
''I had been speaking to the manager for quite some time,'' Ladapo said to Plymouth Argyle's official website.
''With football you have a lot of managers call you and say this and that but when a manager has been wanting you for a while you know the interest is very real. I’m happy to be here.''
Ladapo made his Premier League debut in Crystal Palace's 4-0 loss to Manchester United in September 2017.
