Super Eagles Return To Essentuki, Depart For Training 1700 Hours
Allnigeriasoccer.com understands that the Super Eagles have returned to their base camp in Essentuki ahead of Friday's crucial World Cup match against Iceland at Volgograd Arena (Volgograd).

The Nigeria delegation arrived at Essentuki at approximately 1700 hours on Sunday, June 17.

Upon their arrival from Kaliningrad, the players that didn't get playing time against Croatia, the likes of Joel Obi, John Ogu, Eddy Onazi and Tyronne Ebuehi trained at the Essentuki Arena yesterday evening.

The players have been instructed to be seated in the team bus by 1700 hours on Monday before the short trip to the Essentuki Arena for their first full training session following the game against Croatia.

Nigeria's next two opponents in Group D, Iceland and Argentina, have both returned to their base camps and worked out on Sunday.

The defeat against Croatia leaves Nigeria bottom of the group after Iceland, who the Super Eagles face in their next game, but they are still in good spirits and remain hopeful they will qualify for the last sixteen.
