(Photo Confirmation) Chelsea Hand Dutch Dazzler And Teenage Goalkeeper New Deals

Two members of Chelsea's U18 Premier League title winning squad have penned new contracts with the club ahead of the 2018-2019 season.

Netherlands U17 captain Daishawn Redan has confirmed via Instagram that he has penned his first professional contract with Chelsea.

This summer, the striker cum winger captained the Dutch squad that won the 2018 UEFA European Under-17 Championship in England.

Redan notched 19 goals in 31 appearances for Chelsea's U18, U19, U21 and U23 teams over the course of last season, and started in the UEFA Youth League final against Barcelona in April.

The Amsterdam native spent eight years at famous Dutch club Ajax Amsterdam before he was acquired by Chelsea in the summer of 2017.

Another teenager turning professional at Chelsea is the highly-rated Croatia U17 international Karlo Žiger who joined the club from NK Zagreb in 2017, the goalkeeper announced on Instagram.
