Official: Scottish Rangers Beat Hull, Birmingham To Signature Of Liverpool Starlet
Rangers have won the race for the services of young Liverpool winger Ryan Kent and this is official.

Kent, who was courted by Championship clubs Birmingham City, Hull City and Leeds United, has joined Rangers on a season-long loan, the official website of the Scottish Premiership side reported on Sunday.

The 21-year-old spent the whole of the 2016-17 campaign on loan at Barnsley, where he was named the Young Player of the Year in 2017.

An England youth international, he previously spent time on loan at Coventry City, SC Freiburg and Bristol City.

Kent penned a new long-term contract with Liverpool shortly before he was loaned out to the German club.

Rangers have snapped up Nigerian pair Ovie Ejaria and Sadiq Umar in the ongoing transfer window and have been linked with a move for ex-Manchester United starlet Tosin Kehinde.
