Three Big Claims By Libya Coach That Will Certainly Leave Nigeria Fans Furious
Published: September 09, 2018Libya coach Adel Amrouche faced the cameras in the wake of his side's impressive goalless draw against South Africa in an Africa Cup of Nations qualifier on Saturday and has made three observations about the Super Eagles that will certainly leave Nigeria fans furious.
The former Equatorial Guinea, Burundi and Kenya coach noted that Bafana Bafana are a difficult team to face than Nigeria, does not care where Libya's games against the three-time African champions will be held, adding that their next opponents use juju to gain unfair advantage in matches.
''Believe me, I would rather play Nigeria than Bafana, because I have experience playing against Nigeria and for me Bafana have fantastic players and it's not easy playing South Africa,'' Amrouche told reporters post-match.
''For me, I’m ready for Nigeria. If they want to play the two games in Nigeria it’s okay.
''If they (Nigeria) believe on juju too much or God but its not easy to play South Africa I stayed long night thinking of how to stop Percy Tau, Keagan Dolly, Vilakazi and Vincent Pule and those that did not play today.''

Five years ago, Amrouche was in the dugout when Kenya forced the Super Eagles to a 1-1 draw in a World Cup qualifier in Calabar but his side lost 1-0 in the return leg held in Nairobi.
