Super Eagles Striker Aaron Samuel Joins Beitar Jerusalem, Subject To Medical
Published: October 04, 2018Allnigeriasoccer.com understands that Super Eagles star Aaron Samuel is on the verge of joining Israeli Premier League club Beitar Jerusalem.
The striker and his intermediary will fly to the Israeli capital next week and the player will sign on the dotted line once he passes a routine medical, meaning he will not undergo any trial.
The duration of Aaron Samuel's contract will not extend beyond two seasons with a release clause inserted into the agreement between the parties.
A couple of unnamed teams had explored the possibility of signing the free agent but he wants to relaunch his career with Beitar Jerusalem.
CSKA Moscow gave him the green light to depart the club by mutual consent in August 2018.
On his curriculum vitate, Samuel previously wore the jerseys of Vålerenga, Sarpsborg 08, Guangzhou R&F and Amkar Perm.
Sani Emmanuel, Dimaku Fidelis, Osa Guobadia, Ndala Ibrahim and Harmony Ikande have represented Beitar Jerusalem in the past.
