Ex-Leicester City Star Ahmed Musa Scores And Assists In Al Nassr's Latest Win
Published: October 06, 2018Super Eagles assistant captain Ahmed Musa was on target to help Al Nassr to a comprehensive 5-1 win over Al Hazm on game week five in the Saudi Arabian Pro League on Friday, October 5.
Following their fifth straight win of the season, Al Nassr have gone two points clear atop the Pro League.
Al Nassr opened the scoring in the 26th minute thanks to their summer signing Musa and Giuliano grabbed a brace eleven minutes after the restart after he finished off a brilliant pass from the former Leicester City man.
Musa has now netted 4 goals in five appearances and will be hoping to carry that form over into international action when Nigeria face Libya in a 2019 Africa Cup of Nations qualifier next Saturday.
Amrabat and Mohammad Al Sahlawi were the other scorers for Al Nassr, while Rodolfo made it 1-1 in the 32nd minute.
Al Nassr travel to Al Batin in their first match after the second international break of the 2018-19 season.
