Rohr Holds Team Meeting With Players 1200 Hours; CS Sfaxien Mobilizing Fans To Support Eagles
Published: October 16, 2018Allnigeriasoccer.com understands that Super Eagles manager Gernot Rohr has called for a team meeting which will begin at approximately 1200 hours at the Zeitouna Hotel in Sfax.
The German will discuss his tactics for this evening's game for the final time before they head to the Stade Taïeb Mhiri and it is envisaged that he will announce his confirmed starting line-up during the meeting.
Having said that, he is not thinking of making drastic changes to the starting line-up in the match day four fixture against the Libyans and that is the main reason the starters in Uyo underwent recovery drills for two successive days.
Local club CS Sfaxien have set the ball rolling to mobilize few of their fans to cheer the Super Eagles against their North African opponents and have planned a meeting with the leadership of the Nigeria Football Federation before the game.
The Tunisian club want to show their appreciation to the NFF for the transfers of international players Kingsley Sokari, Junior Ajayi and Kingsley Eduwo in the last three years.
CS Sfaxien chiefs will also discuss the possibility of the Flying Eagles playing a friendly with the Tunisian topflight club in the not too distant future.
