Super Eagles Star Ola Aina Goes Straight To The Clinic Upon Arrival In Turin
Published: November 22, 2018Ola Aina is battling to be fit for Torino's next match in the Italian Serie A against Cagliari on Monday, November 26.
The defender picked up an injury while on international duty with the Super Eagles last week and has less than four days to fully recover before the Maroons' trip to the Sardegna Arena.
After landing in Turin, Aina will go straight to the clinic so that he can be examined by club medics who will estimate how long he will spend on the sidelines.
The 22-year-old was not in the Super Eagles squads for the international fixtures against South Africa (Africa Cup of Nations qualifier) and Uganda (friendly) due to a muscle-related injury.
Apart from the match day nine fixture against Bologna in which he was an unused substitute, the Chelsea loanee has figured for Torino in all their matches in the Serie A this term.
Only time will tell if he will recover in time for the visit to Cagliari.
