FC Midtjylland Not Ruling Out The Sale Of Nigeria's Top Scorer In Europe Next Month
Published: December 17, 2018Danish champions FC Midtjylland have refused to rule out a potential sale of the top scoring Nigerian striker in Europe, Paul Onuachu in the January transfer window.
A gentleman's agreement was reached between the club and player that the former Nigeria U23 invitee would be sold next summer but he is attracting interest from top teams in Europe and they could be forced to sell him next month.
''It has always been the plan that Paul Onuachu will first be sold this summer. It has been agreed with him and his agents,'' FCM Managing Director Claus Steinlein was quoted as saying by bold.dk.
''We also said that with Alexander Sørloth a year ago, so we must see.
"Paul has been Superliga's most dangerous attacker this year. He is a complete attacker and he is very strong.''

Onuachu, 24, took his tally for the season to 11 goals in the Danish Superliga after finding the net against AC Horsens on Sunday.
His contract with FCM runs out at the end of the 2019-2020 season.
