Official : Livingston Sign Ex-Tottenham Hotspur Youth-Teamer
Published: January 31, 2019Scottish Premiership side Livingston have confirmed the signing of Nigerian defender Hakeem Odoffin on a free transfer from Northampton Town FC.
The official website of The Lions added that Odoffin has put pen to paper on a 30-month contract with a percentage sell-on included.
The 20-year-old started his footballing career with the youth team of Tottenham Hotspur and then played for the academy teams of Reading and Barnet.
Speaking after the signing was announced, Odoffin stated on social media : ''Absolutely delighted to sign for @LiviFCOfficial and can’t wait to repay the faith the manager and coaching staff have shown in me.
''Sad to say goodbye to all @ntfc and wish them well for the rest of the season. Looking forward to getting started.''
Odoffin's other clubs include Wolverhampton Wanderers and Eastleigh.
