Nigeria U20 Camp News : Notorious Agent Spotted; Udo Returns; Team To Travel By Train To Vienna; Video Session
Published: May 04, 2019Allnigeriasoccer.com understands that the Flying Eagles held their final training session on Saturday morning ahead of tomorrow's pre-World Cup friendly against Saudi Arabia at the Sportschule Lindabrunn in Vienna.
Barring a last-minute change of plans, the Nigeria U20s players and officials are expected to depart their hotel in Bad Gögging as from 0600 hours on Sunday morning, before traveling by train to the Austrian capital.
Maccabi Haifa target Ikouwem Udo Utin is in contention to travel with the squad to Vienna, having returned to the training camp on Saturday after four days of absence.
Less good news from the camp is that one of Nigeria's most notorious agents, Nureni Makanjuola was spotted at the team's hotel on Saturday.
Makanjuola is the same agent that tried to influence the selection of players in the Super Eagles 2018 World Cup squad but his proposal was turned down by manager Gernot Rohr.
Meanwhile, coach Paul Aigbogun had a video session with the players today to review their last friendly against SC Freiburg U23s and he pointed out the mistakes they made on Tuesday during the game.
