Done deal : Timmy, younger brother of ex-NFF target Tammy Abraham, extends loan at Latics
Published: December 29, 2022
With a statement on their official website, National League club Oldham Athletic have announced that Walsall center forward Timmy Abraham has extended his loan at Latics.
Timmy is the younger brother of Chelsea-reared striker Tammy Abraham, who was extensively courted by the Nigeria Football Federation before he became cap-tied to his country of birth, England.
Uncapped at international level, Timmy initially joined Oldham Athletic in October 2022 on a loan deal until January 2023.
The 22-year-old will now remain at Boundary Park until the end of the 2022-2023 season.
Since his temporary switch to Oldham Athletic, Timmy Abraham has appeared in seven matches and was on the score sheet once - a match-winning strike in a 3-2 victory over Torquay United on December 11.
The London native started his career at Charlton Athletic, before joining Fulham on a scholarship deal in 2017.
Timmy Abraham enjoyed loan spells at Bristol Rovers, Plymouth Argyle, Raith Rovers and Newport County as a Fulham player.
