Ligue 1 powerhouse PSG keeping tabs on 2021 Super Eagles invitee
Published: January 05, 2023
French Ligue 1 powerhouse Paris St Germain are reportedly keeping tabs on 2021 Super Eagles invitee Michael Olise ahead of a possible move in future.
According to the Daily Mail UK, PSG are monitoring the situation of Crystal Palace winger Michael Olise.
Since switching from Reading in the summer of 2021, Olise has been in scintillating form for the Eagles, highlighted by him winning the club's Player of the Month award for January, February, November and December 2022.
A potential move to PSG is unlikely to happen in the January transfer window, with PSG coach Christophe Galtier recently stating that he's satisfied with the squad he has and there will be no new signings this month except to replace a departing player.
The Parisians are monitoring the progress of the France U21 international with a view to a future transfer.
In 49 all-competition appearances for Crystal Palace, Olise has registered five goals and twelve assists, while logging 2,655 minutes.
A product of the Reading academy and formerly a schoolboy at Chelsea, the 21-year-old is under contract with Palace until June 30, 2026.
