'No talks at all' - Dessers says he has unfinished business at Rangers amid Cagliari, Empoli, Leganes links

Cyriel Dessers says he has unfinished business at Rangers amid speculation linking the striker with a departure from Ibrox before the close of the January transfer window.
Since the start of December, Dessers has been playing second fiddle to Moroccan forward Hamza Igamane, sparking rumors of his potential sale during this transfer window.
However, the Nigeria international has been enjoying a new lease of life in recent weeks, scoring in four consecutive matches for the first time in his Rangers career.
Dessers hit a milestone of 150 goals as a professional last Thursday when he scored a fantastic equalizer against Manchester United in the Europa League.
The 30-year-old has attracted interest from Ligue 1 outfit St. Etienne, Serie A clubs Cagliari and Empoli and La Liga side Leganes.
When asked whether he has spoken to Rangers about his future, Dessers was quoted as saying by Sky Sports: "No talks at all. I don't mind that.
"I try to focus on the football, the things that are happening on the pitch.
"Those are the things that I can control. And like Sunday, I'm just happy to be out there with the guys and fight for the points and be important. That's what I want.
"There's a lot of unfinished business at Rangers for me."
Dessers revealed that he has been working hard to regain his spot in Rangers' starting lineup.
His impressive form off the bench made it impossible for Clement to overlook him for the clash with Dundee United on Sunday and he repaid the faith by scoring his 18th goal of the season.
"That's also why I kept pushing in the last weeks, in the gym, in training, in the minutes that you get, that's because of that.
"I feel like I'm in a good place. I've been feeling that for a couple of weeks.
"I've been working hard on and off the pitch and then if you get the moments like Sunday to show it, and then you need to show it.
"For a striker, rhythm is so important, but I was happy to be on the pitch to play together with Hamza.
"And I think we have a very good connection, and hopefully that can grow as well."
Signed from Italian outfit Cremonese in the summer of 2023, Dessers has a contract with the Light Blues until the end of the 2026-2027 season.
