Kopparbergs/Goteborg FC  Chase FAITH IKIDIAccording to transfer market speculations, Falcons defender Faith Ikidi could depart Pitea IF in the winter transfer market.

Spelare12.com says Damallsvenskan club Kopparbergs/Göteborg FC are looking  for a central defender of the highest caliber and have beamed their searchlights on the 25 - year -old Nigeria international.

If Ikidi's transfer to Kopparbergs/Göteborg FC materializes, the highly rated Nigeria international would be offered a one - year contract.

While enquiries have been made on the availability of Ikidi in the winter market, her Falcons teammate Helen Ukaonu has extended her stay at newly promoted Sunnanå SK for an additional season, the Swedish website reported.

At this point, it is unclear if four-time African Female Footballer of The Year, Peppe Nkwocha would continue her career with Sunnanå SK as the 36 - year -old amazon has hinted that she would retire after the African Women Championship,which is billed to run from the 28th of October to 11th of November in Equatorial Guinea.
