<span style="">Valladolid have written an official letter to the management of Hapoel Tel Aviv which states that they are interested in signing the Israeli - Nigerian front-man Toto Tamuz, writes <i>one.co.il.</i><br /><br />Tamuz has contractual obligations with Hapoel Tel Aviv until June, 2013. Under Fifa rules, he can start negotiating with any club of his choice in January.<br /><br /></span><span style=""><span style="">Valladolid&nbsp; </span>hope to convince Toto Tamuz to join the team in the summer and are reportedly in advanced negotiations with his agent </span><span style=""><span style="">Ronen Katsav .<br /><br />Dutch side Vitesse Arnhem are also interested in the Israel internationalist.
