Chelsea And Man Utd Involved In Another Transfer War Over 40 Million Euros Rated Striker
Manchester United and Chelsea are involved in another transfer war over the signing of free-scoring Mali international Moussa Marega, according to reports.
Foot Mercato claims the two Premier League powerhouses have made enquiries about the availability of the Porto striker in the January transfer window.
Marega is also on the shopping list of Tottenham Hotspur, Brighton & Hove and Leicester City.
FC Porto are not willing to sell the 26-year-old striker until the end of the season, and it remains to be seen if they will reject a big bid from the English teams.
Under contract with the Primeira Liga side until the summer of 2020, he has a release clause of 40 million euros inserted into his deal.
He has scored 14 goals in 16 games in the Portuguese top-flight this season.
