CSKA&nbsp; manager Leonid Slutsky has confirmed that English champions Leicester City are holding high-level talks with the leadership of the Army Men over the transfer of Ahmed Musa this summer.<br /><br />But the Russia coach has dismissed reports that the Foxes are willing to splash 30 million euros to land the signature of the Nigeria international.<br /><br />&ldquo;The British offered a bit less than 30 million euros.
