Allnigeriasoccer.com can exclusively report that Ukrainian Premier League clubs FC LNZ Cherkasy and Dynamo Kyiv are the latest clubs to be linked with a move for promising Nigerian midfielder Adam Yakubu ahead of the January transfer window.

Yakubu has established himself as one of the most exciting young midfielders in Slovakian football, with his standout performances for AS Trenčín attracting growing interest from clubs across Europe. 

The 20-year-old has impressed with his energy, technical quality and maturity beyond his years, placing himself in the shop window.

He has been a regular fixture for AS Trenčín this season, starting 16 of the club's 18 matches in the Slovak First Football League, while making one additional appearance from the bench.

Yakubu’s rapid rise has not gone unnoticed, with LNZ and Dynamo Kyiv now joining Gent and Norwich City among the clubs monitoring the combative midfielder's progress.

LNZ are enjoying an outstanding campaign, sitting top of the Ukrainian Premier League table with 35 points after 16 games and chasing history as they bid to secure a first-ever top-flight title.

Dynamo Kyiv are one of the most successful clubs in Ukrainian football, having lifted the Ukrainian Premier League title on seventeen occasions.
