Jordan v Nigeria: Three Al-Nashama players the Super Eagles cannot afford to ignore

As the Super Eagles of Nigeria prepare for their final game in the four‑nation invitational tournament against Jordan's Al-Nashama  on Tuesday, March 31, attention turns to three key Jordanian stars who could influence the outcome in Antalya.

Forward Baha'a Faisal, who plays his club football for Qatari Second Division side Al‑Waab SC, was a constant attacking threat in Jordan’s 2–2 draw with Costa Rica.

He opened the scoring with a penalty in the 50th minute. Faisal has been a regular goal scorer for Jordan at senior level, bringing experience and clinical finishing to the frontline.

In midfield, Noor Al‑Rawabdeh, who plays for Selangor FC in Malaysia, has been central to Jordan’s build‑up play during the tournament.

He has provided creativity and control, linking defence and attack and supplying key passes to his forwards.

On the wings, Musa Al‑Taamari, currently with Rennes in France, has offered pace, flair, and crossing ability.

His performances in the tournament so far have highlighted his threat on the flanks, as he combines dribbling skill with an eye for goal, creating chances for teammates.

With both teams seeking to finish the Turkey tour on a high note, tactical focus and individual battles involving these three Jordan internationals could determine the result.

Nigeria will need discipline, awareness, and quick reactions to nullify the threats posed by Faisal, Al‑Rawabdeh, and Al‑Taamari if they are to secure a positive result in Antalya.
