Nigerian midfielder Mishel Nduka further enhanced his growing reputation as one of Arsenal's most exciting young prospects with a standout performance for the U16s in their Premier League Cup encounter against Norwich City.
According to respected Arsenal youth expert Jeorge Bird, Nduka delivered a superb hat-trick to inspire the Gunners to an emphatic 5-2 victory over the young Canaries.
He showcased his predatory instincts throughout the contest, with all three of his goals coming from inside the box as he repeatedly found the right spaces at the right moments.
Nduka joined Arsenal in September 2025, ending an eight-year association with Charlton Athletic to sign a schoolboy deal with the north London club.
His impact since arriving has been immediate, and given the consistency of his displays, he is widely expected to sign a scholarship contract before the start of the 2026-27 season.
Nduka had attracted interest from Premier League rivals Brighton & Hove Albion and Wolverhampton Wanderers before opting to continue his development at Arsenal.
His decision has appeared well-judged, with the midfielder now firmly establishing himself within the club's elite youth setup.
He was part of the Arsenal U16 squad that recently triumphed at the Premier League U16 National Finals at St George's Park, featuring alongside notable talents such as Emerson Nwaneri and Jayden Oba.
Last month, Nduka received further recognition when he was invited to train with Arsenal's U19 squad.
