Former England youth international of Nigerian descent Nathan Delfouneso has extended his contract with League One newcomers Blackpool.
The striker has appended his signature to a one-year deal, with the Tangerines retaining an option for a second season.
''I was happy when I came back and we’ve had success as well with being promoted,'' Delfouneso said to Blackpool's official webpage.
''We’ve all made a step forward and I’m now looking to keep progressing.''
Delfouneso re-joined Blackpool in the January transfer window, and helped the club secure promotion to the English third tier.
The 26-year-old lists Aston Villa, Burnley, Leicester City, Coventry City, Bury, Blackburn Rovers and Swindon Town among his former clubs.
