Official : James Alabi Moves To Grimsby Town On Loan

Anglo - Nigerian striker James Alabi has joined Vanarama National League club Grimsby Town on a one - month loan&nbsp; from Ipswich Town.<br /><br />The Stoke City product has struggled for game time since his transfer to <i>The Tractor Boys</i> in the summer but has been a regular for the U21 squad.<br /><br />While at the <i>Potters</i>, Alabi was farmed out on loan to Mansfield Town, Scunthorpe, Forest Green Rovers and Accrington Stanley before he was released at the end of the 2014 - 15 season.<br /><br />The 21 - year&nbsp; - old will begin training with his new teammates on Thursday and could make his league debut against Kidderminster&nbsp; Harriers on Saturday.<br /><br />The Mariners occupy the fourth position in the National League, with 39 points garnered after 22 rounds.<br /><br />Photo Credit : itfc.co.uk<br />
