Everton End Pursuit Of Victor Moses
Published: July 13, 2013According to the Liverpool Echo, Everton have cooled their interest in signing Nigeria international Victor Moses, having at one stage appeared favorites to secure his services this summer.
It has been reported by the British newspaper that new Everton gaffer Roberto Martinez was monitoring the situation of his former pupil at Chelsea, but talks on signing the striker on loan were rejected by the Blues hierarchy.
Chelsea would allow Moses leave Stamford Bridge if Everton had met their 8 million pound valuation.
Victor Moses is currently with the Chelsea squad in Asia for pre - season training.
Last season, 22 - year - old Moses netted 10 goals in 43 appearances for Chelsea.
