Dynamo Kiev attacker Brown Ideye, who netted his first Premier League goal on Sunday after he was introduced as an 82nd minute substitute in the tie against Karpaty, says he has an excellent relationship with Mbokani, his main challenger for a spot in the starting eleven.
Speaking to championat.com, the Nigeria international said : “ Of course, it is important for me to play in every match. Unfortunately, it does not always work out.
“But the important thing is to play the best football at the moment in this position.
“I am in the Ukrainian championship for two years, Mbokani - just appeared. I try to help him quickly adapt.
“We talk a lot about the tactics of the Ukrainian defenders, trying to tell him all that I know myself.”
