Sone Aluko Out For Two Months
Published: November 07, 2013
Manager Steve Bruce has announced that Nigeria international Sone Aluko will spend between eight and ten weeks on the sidelines due to a torn Achilles tendon.
The 24 - year - old was a later withdrawal from the Tigers squad which defeated Sunderland last weekend after failing to prove his fitness during the warm-up.
Now, further tests have been carried out and it has been revealed that he could be out of action for at least two months.
The same kind of injury saw Sone Aluko miss a great part of the 2012 - 2013 campaign.
So far, he has suited up eight times for Hull City in the Premier League, scoring once against Newcastle United late September.
