Eddy Onazi Targets Europa League Knockout Phase
Published: November 28, 2013Lazio midfielder Eddy Onazi is confident of the chances of the Italian club reaching the knock out round of the Europa League.
The capital club are away to Polish club Legia Warszawa on Thursday night and the Nigeria international has been named in the 18 - man squad but will start from the bench.
Lalaziosiamonoi.it quoted Eddy Onazi as saying : “In Europe we are doing really well, so there are several possibilities of going to the next stage.”
The Italian Cup winners will be certain of qualification should they defeat Legia and Group J leaders Trabzonspor win their home game with Apollon , Cyprus.
Eddy Onazi has made four appearances in the Europa League so far.
