Vincent Enyeama 4 Minutes Away From Surpassing Sirigu For Most Clean - sheets
Published: December 01, 2013
Lille goalkeeper Vincent Enyeama kept his tenth consecutive clean-sheet in the 1 - 0 defeat of Valenciennes on Saturday and is now 4 minutes away from surpassing the feat of PSG custodian Salvatore Sirigu.
The 31 - year - old Nigeria international can even erase the all-time record held by Gaetan Huard , who did not concede a goal in more than 13 matches or 1176 minutes.
Officially, Enyeama last picked the ball from his own net when he was beaten by Dario Cvitanich in Lille’s 2 - 0 loss to Nice on September 15.
Lille, second in the standings, will face Marseille, Bordeaux and Bastia in their next three Ligue 1 matches.
