Sherif Olatunde Begins Test At Basel
Published: March 29, 2014Swiss side Basel have officially announced that Sherif Jimoh Olatunde, 17, will train with them for the next ten days.
The defensive all-rounder, who is eligible to represent both the Super Eagles and Elephants, played for the Under 17 National Team of Ivory Coast at the last Fifa Under 17s staged in the United Arab Emirates.
Sherif Jimoh Olatunde is currently on the books of Ivorian second - tier outfit Adjamè Athletic, the same club that nurtured Seydou and Ousmane Doumbia.
He tasted action against Italy, Uruguay, Argentina and New Zealand at the World Cup.
Swiss international of Nigerian descent Eseosa Aigbogun plays for the Ladies Team of FC Basel.
