Done Deal : Reuben Gabriel Seals Switch To Boavista
Published: October 24, 2014According to SL10.ng, Reuben Gabriel has committed his future to Boavista after he signed a three - year contract on Friday afternoon.
The Nigeria international had been on the radar of an unnamed club in the Belgian championship before he received a proposal from the Primeira Liga side that was too good to turn down.
Previously, the midfielder had drawn the interest of Swansea City and Totenham Hotspur, before he cherry picked Waasland-Beveren, whom he severed ties with this summer.
Reuben Gabriel becomes the second Nigerian player to pen a deal with Boavista in a space of three weeks, following in the footsteps of striker Michael Uchebo.
Both players are managed by United Kingdom based agent, Tony Harris.
